Refund Policy

At Luxe Loom we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refund Policy explains how you can return items and how we process refunds. Please read it before initiating a return.

Return Eligibility

You may return most full-price items within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Items are in original packaging where applicable.
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation).

Final sale items (e.g. marked as "Final Sale" at checkout) cannot be returned unless defective or we have made an error.

How to Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact our customer service at returns@luxeloom.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will send you a return authorization and instructions (including a prepaid label where applicable).
  3. Pack the item securely, include the completed return form, and ship to the address we provide.
  4. Keep your tracking number until the return is received and processed.

Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery. We recommend using a trackable service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
  • If you received a discount (e.g. promo code), the refund will reflect the price you actually paid.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or color, please initiate a return as above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive the correct product and we can process the exchange quickly. If stock is limited, we recommend placing the new order before shipping your return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are generally not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at purchase.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items without original tags or packaging where required.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective item or we sent the wrong product, please contact us immediately at returns@luxeloom.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any applicable shipping costs, at no extra charge to you.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Returns & Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Policy changes apply to returns initiated after the update. We encourage you to review this page before starting a return.
