Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order and confirm payment. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once it has been dispatched. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to inventory checks.

Domestic Shipping

We ship to addresses within our primary market. Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days from dispatch. Express options may be available at checkout for faster delivery (e.g. 2–3 business days). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and the service you select. Free standard shipping may apply to orders over a certain threshold—check our website or checkout for current offers.

International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times and costs vary by country and carrier. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country; these are not included in our prices or shipping charges. Delays at customs are outside our control. For exact rates and delivery estimates, enter your address at checkout.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this to see the status and estimated delivery date. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within the expected processing time, check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we may contact you to arrange reshipment; any additional shipping fees may apply.

Multiple Items & Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them together or in separate packages depending on availability and logistics. You will receive tracking for each shipment. We do not charge extra for split shipments when we initiate them.

Delays & Lost Packages

While we work with reliable carriers, delays can occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues. If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, contact us with your order and tracking details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Our Returns & Refund Policy applies to eligible returns regardless of shipping delays.
